建立了糖醇的CE-紫外衍生法:以三氧化二铝/甲烷磺酸为催化体系,苯甲酸为衍生化试剂,选择性酯化糖醇。以新型混合取代环糊精衍生物添加剂,分离检测不同糖醇。木糖醇、甘露醇、山梨醇、阿拉伯糖醇均得到较好分离,且木糖醇、甘露醇、山梨醇这三个糖醇的检测限分别达到9.1 ng/L,6.3 ng/L,10.2 ng/L。  相似文献

Humans have a biological predisposition to form attachment to social partners, and they seem to form attachment even toward non-human and inanimate targets. Attachment styles influence not only interpersonal relationships, but interspecies and object attachment as well.We hypothesized that young people form attachment toward their mobile phone, and that people with higher attachment anxiety use the mobile phone more likely as a compensatory attachment target. We constructed a scale to observe people's attachment to their mobile and we assessed their interpersonal attachment style.In this exploratory study we found that young people readily develop attachment toward their phone: they seek the proximity of it and experience distress on separation. People's higher attachment anxiety predicted higher tendency to show attachment-like features regarding their mobile. Specifically, while the proximity of the phone proved to be equally important for people with different attachment styles, the constant contact with others through the phone was more important for anxiously attached people.We conclude that attachment to recently emerged artificial objects, like the mobile may be the result of cultural co-option of the attachment system. People with anxious attachment style may face challenges as the constant contact and validation the computer-mediated communication offers may deepen their dependence on others.  相似文献

综述以天然胶乳为基础材料的球囊导尿管材料的研究进展。鉴于球囊导尿管临床使用中常见感染、包壳、堵塞和断裂等问题,总结为解决这些问题而使用的球囊导尿管材料。水凝胶、聚四氟乙烯和硅橡胶涂层都能改变球囊导尿管表面性能,硅橡胶是唯一能代替天然胶乳用于球囊制备的材料。目前球囊导尿管的设计和材料仍需改进。建议丰富球囊导尿管相关标准,为开发新型球囊导尿管提供参考,并确保产品的安全性和有效性。  相似文献

There is interest in studying interactions between organic modifiers and raw commercial clays aiming the production of low-cost “organoclays”. In this study we report the interaction between berberine — a monovalent organic cation — and three commercial bentonites and a Turkish zeolite. The Turkish zeolite exhibited adsorption at values of 5–10% of the cation exchange capacity (CEC) with no neutralization of the particles. Adsorption of the organo-cation on Egyptian bentonite, Volclay KWK and Pure-Flo B80, was above the CEC of the bentonites, yielding neutral and even slightly positively charged particles. Electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction results showed expansion of the basal spacing of the smectite. Such low-cost organo-bentonites might be suitable for environmental applications as removal of pollutants, drug and pesticides delivery, or water treatment. Application in turbidity reduction of industrial effluents is demonstrated.  相似文献

Injectable fillers have become a vital part of cosmetology. A wide variety of injectable fillers are developed for either correction of facial wrinkles and folds or facial contouring. As the most popular filler products, polymeric injectable fillers represent a class of the most common implantable medical devices. This review is intended to not only present current filler products, but also share perspectives of future trends, development processes, and regulatory considerations for the next generation of fillers. First, currently approved polymeric injectable fillers are described in detail. Second, future trends of polymeric injectable fillers are discussed. Fillers based on the emerging technologies in tissue engineering and regenerative medicine with stimuli-responsive or tunable properties, as well as device/drug combination products, are promising candidates. Third, fillers for cosmetology are different from traditionally recognized medical devices. As a result, the target population of such fillers is different from that of other implantable devices, leading to different user needs that impact their development processes. Last, product applications, regulatory requirements, device evaluation, characteristics, and difficulties for regulating filler products for minimally invasive cosmetology are reviewed. Both regulatory science and scientific supervision are needed for polymeric injectable fillers which are facing great opportunities as well as challenges. © 2019 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Appl. 为测试自制气冷射频针的性能,验证气冷射频技术的可行性及有效性,设计了8种实验工况,实验过程中实时记录距射频针0.5cm、1.0cm、1.5cm处的温度值及消融时间,确定氮气压力、射频功率、冷却方式对消融效果的影响.实验结果表明:气冷射频针能显著延长射频消融时间,提高射频针外围的温度,温度提高幅度、消融时间均与氮气压力正相关;同样工况下,间断冷却比先冷时各点温度稍高,消融时间稍长,但并无显著性差异;30W功率时的各点温度均显著高于对应的45W功率时的温度,常温氮气节流后产生的冷量不足以有效延长45W以上功率时的消融时间.  相似文献

基于超薄平面型超声超表面构建了超声束定向发射器件,利用有限元仿真验证了声束定向发射的高效性和采用不同单元结构配置时定向发射效果的高鲁棒性。所设计的超表面器件由结构单元周期性排列而成,在保持结构周期性不变的条件下,尽管结构单元几何形状呈随机分布、或者结构中存在几何缺陷,但仍可有效地保持声束定向发射的良好性能。基于超声超表面的超声束定向发射器件具有结构设计简单、定向准确性高、灵活性强、适用范围广等优点,在工业无损检测、水下探测、医学超声工程等领域具有广泛的应用前景。  相似文献

Combining the self-stimulated Raman scattering technology and saturable absorber of Cr4+:YAG, a 1.17 μm c-cut Nd:GdVO4 picosecond Q-switched laser is demonstrated in this paper. With an incident pump power of 10 W, the Q-switched laser with average power of 430 mW for 1.17 μm, pulse width of 270 ps, repetition rate of 13 kHz and the first order Stokes conversion efficiency of 4.3% is obtained. The Q-switched pulse width can be the narrowest in our research. In addition, the yellow laser at 0.58 μm is also achieved by using the LiB3O5 frequency doubling crystal.  相似文献
